Ahmahd Lucas Set to Lead in Emotional Drama Chasing the Dawn

Ahmahd Lucas, comedian best known for his role on the hit comedy series Ettas House, is set to take the lead in the upcoming film Chasing the Dawn. This marks a bold departure for Lucas as he steps into a deeply moving drama exploring themes of love, loss, and the power of human connection.

Chasing the Dawn follows the intertwined lives of two strangers as they navigate personal struggles and discover unexpected solace in one another. Carla, a journalist stuck in a ten-year relationship that’s slowly draining her spirit, meets Jordan, a photographer grappling with the devastating loss of his mother. Jordan’s family is unraveling under the weight of grief, leaving him desperate for a sense of stability. The pair crosses paths at a charity event, igniting a connection that will profoundly alter the course of their lives.

The film’s emotionally rich narrative offers Lucas the opportunity to showcase a new dimension of his talent, blending humor with heartfelt vulnerability.
